MEADE COUNTY, Ky. — A 34-year-old Louisville man died Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash on US-31W, according to Kentucky State Police.
Authorities reported that Dennis J. Perry was driving a Ford Escape northbound around 9:50 a.m. when the vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a guardrail. The impact caused the SUV to overturn and come to rest on its driver's side on the shoulder.
The Meade County Coroner pronounced Perry dead at the scene. The crash is currently under investigation by KSP.
