FREMONT, N.H. — A 55-year-old man died following an ATV crash on the Rockingham Recreational Trail on Saturday.
According to New Hampshire Fish and Game, officers responded to the incident shortly after 2 p.m. The victim, identified as David Febres of Dracut, Massachusetts, was transported by helicopter to Elliot Hospital in Manchester. Despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident. Further details, including contributing factors and witness accounts, have not yet been released.
