Transit Bus Overturns in Indianapolis, Four Injured
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – A transit bus overturned around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday at East 29th and North Talbott streets, resulting in four injuries.
Authorities reported that the crash involved a small privately-owned transit bus and a sedan. Six passengers were aboard the bus at the time; four were transported to hospitals with complaints of pain. The driver of the sedan's condition remains unknown.
IMPD reported the bus was on its side, while the sedan sustained significant front-end damage. A tow truck was dispatched to the scene to clear the vehicles by 8:30 a.m.
