Lanes Reopen on I-65 North After Early Morning Semi Crash
NASHVILLE, TN — A semi-truck crash blocked multiple lanes on I-65 North at mile marker 16 early Thursday morning, causing significant traffic delays.
The crash occurred around 2:41 a.m. and involved one semi and two passenger vehicles. Authorities reported that the center lane has since reopened, although traffic is moving slowly in the area.
Emergency responders from the Tennessee Highway Patrol and local medical services arrived promptly at the scene to provide assistance. There were no confirmed reports of serious injuries or fatalities.
Motorists are advised to exit at Blue Lick Road, then continue North on Highway 31 to Highway 160, allowing them to reconnect to I-65 North at Exit 19.
