Framingham Police Investigate Fatal Hit-and-Run Incident
Framingham, MA — Police are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run that resulted in the death of a 39-year-old man on Irving Street Sunday night.
Officers responded to the crash on the 100 block of Irving Street at approximately 8:55 p.m. The victim was discovered with serious injuries and transported to MetroWest Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries, according to police.
Authorities have not yet released the victim's identity. Preliminary investigations indicate that the man was struck by a grey 2016 Volkswagen GTI. The driver fled the scene and remains unidentified.
