BRICK TOWNSHIP – A 43-year-old man was arrested Saturday night for allegedly hitting a 15-year-old on an electric bicycle, leaving the scene of the crash, according to officials.
William Donohoe, of Brick Township, faces charges including knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident that resulted in serious bodily injury, assault by auto, and driving under the influence, as reported by the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
