Authorities stated the incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. when the driver, identified as 48-year-old Thomas Cremeens, ran a red light while swerving to avoid a . The collision involved at least five vehicles, including a .

According to police, 11 individuals were transported to local hospitals, while three others received treatment at the scene. Fortunately, none of the injuries were life-threatening.
