ELM CREEK, Neb. — A Colorado man has been sentenced to probation following a fatal crash in April 2024.
Mace Quint, 28, received a two-year probation sentence for motor vehicle homicide, according to court records. On April 21, 2024, Quint unintentionally caused a collision on Interstate 80 at mile marker 256, approximately one mile west of the Elm Creek exit, resulting in the death of Viacheslav Nadolinski.
Authorities reported that the crash occurred around 2:41 p.m. The investigation revealed no other vehicles were involved. Emergency responders provided medical aid at the scene, and Nadolinski was pronounced dead shortly after.
Quint's probation terms were established during a recent court appearance, marking the conclusion of the legal proceedings related to this incident.
