CARROLLTON, Ky. — A Carroll County man is in custody following a deadly drunk driving incident on Jay Louden Road on [date].
According to Kentucky State Police, Luis Orduno lost control of his vehicle, colliding with a building and a metal dumpster. One passenger in Orduno's car was confirmed dead at the scene.
Authorities reported that Orduno admitted to consuming alcohol prior to the crash. His blood-alcohol concentration was measured at 0.184, more than twice the legal limit.
Orduno faces charges including vehicular homicide. Investigations are ongoing, and further details will be released as they become available.
