PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. — Two people were killed in a crash on Route 460 on Tuesday morning, and an arrest has been made.
The incident occurred at 8:23 a.m. in the 8200 block of County Drive. Authorities reported that a vehicle traveling west left the road, struck a tree, and overturned.
The victims were identified as Victoria Crawford, 33, of Chesapeake, and Michael Jackson, 35, of Hampton. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, Timothy Falcone, 49, of Suffolk, sustained minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital. After being cleared by medical staff, Falcone was taken into custody.
Falcone faces charges of two counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of driving on a revoked license.
According to the Prince George Police Department, the Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating the cause and circumstances surrounding the incident.
