HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A young individual was hospitalized after being pinned under a vehicle on Interstate 95 early Sunday morning.
Authorities were alerted to the incident at approximately 3:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes near the Parham Road exit. Virginia State Police charged the driver with reckless driving and operating outside of restrictions.
The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be forthcoming. The incident resulted in lane closures extending several hundred yards on the interstate.
