A 38-year-old Batavia woman died after a motorcycle crash on U.S. 50 near milepost 8 in Stonelick Township on April 2.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Emily Koeppe, 38, was heading south on U.S. 50 when her 2013 Harley-Davidson failed to negotiate a curve just after 10 p.m.
Authorities said the motorcycle overturned and struck a guardrail. She was wearing a helmet.
Koeppe died while waiting for an airlift to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, according to an April 3 release.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol said the crash remains under investigation.
