Wayne County, IN. – A woman was killed in a car crash that left three other people injured on Saturday afternoon in Wayne County.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened around 4 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 27 South and State Road 122.
Deputies who responded to the incident found a black 2017 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2006 red Dodge Ram in a field located southwest of the intersection.
A 60-year-old female passenger of the Silverado was unconscious when police found her and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 68-year-old male driver of the Silverado was flown to Miami Valley Hospital.
Two juvenile occupants of the Dodge Ram sustained minor injuries and were transported from the scene to Reid Hospital.
