MARLBOROUGH, MA — Two people died in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 290 East Monday afternoon, according to authorities.
The collision occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. near Exit 30, resulting in significant lane closures and traffic disruptions expected to last for hours. The Massachusetts State Police confirmed the involvement of multiple vehicles but did not provide additional details.
