At approximately 7:47 p.m., a Twin Falls Police officer observed a man riding a motorcycle recklessly in the 100 block of Washington Street North. The officer initiated a traffic stop, but the motorcyclist fled into a residential area at high speed. Due to safety concerns, police terminated the pursuit.

Moments later, officers were alerted to the motorcycle crash on the tracks.
