One-Vehicle Crash on I-75 Leaves One Dead in Thomasville
Thomasville, GA – A single-vehicle accident occurred on I-75 northbound near mile marker 222 on October 7, 2023, around 6:15 a.m.
Authorities said a 2021 Honda Accord lost control and left the roadway, resulting in fatal injuries to the driver, a 38-year-old male. Emergency responders from the Thomasville Fire Department arrived on the scene shortly after the incident.
Medical personnel pronounced the driver dead on site. The roadway was closed for approximately two hours while the scene was cleared and investigated. The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
