OGDEN, Utah (KUTV) — A motorcycle crash on Canyon Road left a 22-year-old woman critically injured on October 4 at approximately 2:41 p.m.
The woman was traveling eastbound when she collided with a vehicle turning from Valley Drive onto westbound Canyon Road. Authorities stated that she was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
Emergency responders transported her to a local hospital for treatment. The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation, which is being conducted by the Weber Metro CRASH Team.
Authorities confirmed there were no additional injuries reported from this incident. Limited lane closures occurred as responders addressed the scene.
The Ogden Police Department extended thoughts and support to the injured woman's family and expressed gratitude for the first responders involved.
