Three-Vehicle Crash on I-495 in Mansfield Sends Three to Hospitals
MANSFIELD, MA — A serious crash involving three cars occurred on I-495 North on Sunday afternoon.
Authorities reported that two individuals were trapped in their vehicles and were rescued by MANFIELD FIREFIGHTERS. They were subsequently transported to a Rhode Island hospital. A third person was taken to Boston Medical Center South.
The collision resulted in two vehicles landing in the median, while the third vehicle ended up off the road in nearby woods.
