DEL CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — Residents in Del City were alerted to a gas leak and a teenager's arrest on Wednesday morning.
Around 4:30 a.m., Del City Police responded to a crash near Scott St. and Reno Ave. Authorities reported that a 13-year-old male was driving a stolen vehicle when he collided with a gas line at the intersection.
The teen was taken into custody, and gas service was subsequently shut off in the area. Emergency crews are currently performing repairs on the damaged line.
No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
