KANSAS CITY, MO — A crash on eastbound I-70 near Arrowhead Stadium occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, resulting in one fatality and two critical injuries.

Authorities reported that the collision involved three vehicles. One person was at the scene, while two others were transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Emergency responders from the Kansas City Fire Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol were on-site to provide medical assistance and manage the incident.
