LEBURN, Ky. — A 68-year-old man died Monday night following a crash on KY-80 in Knott County.

Authorities received a 911 call at approximately 8:02 p.m. reporting the collision. Responders found a black Toyota Camry that had left the westbound shoulder and rolled over an embankment.

The driver, identified as Keith Dingus, was at the scene by the Knott County Coroner's Office. Two juvenile passengers were transported to the University of Kentucky Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Preliminary investigations suggest Dingus may have suffered a medical emergency before the crash. He has been taken to the Medical Examiner's Office in Frankfort for an autopsy, with toxicology results pending.

The incident remains under investigation, according to the Kentucky State Police Post 13 in Hazard.
