UNION, Ky. — A 75-year-old man died after a two-vehicle crash at Hathaway and Sullivan roads just before 10 a.m. Oct. 29, 2026.

Marlin Hensley, 75, died before arriving at a hospital, according to the Boone County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies were dispatched to the intersection for a reported collision just before 10 a.m., the agency said.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Ronald Wolfe, 69, was driving a 2021 Yukon westbound on Riddles Run Road with Hensley as his front-seat passenger.

Investigators said Wolfe turned left from a stop sign and pulled into the path of a 2021 Dodge Ram driven by Zach Wilzbach, 32.

First responders attempted to fly Hensley to a hospital by helicopter, but he died before arrival, authorities said.

Wolfe was taken to University Hospital in Cincinnati with severe but not life-threatening injuries. Wilzbach was not injured, authorities said.
