One person was hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash involving a traffic pole in Columbia early Wednesday morning.
According to Colin Imhoff, a spokesperson for the Columbia Police Department (CPD), the accident was reported shortly after 12 a.m.
Authorities closed the northbound lane of Route B at the Waco Road intersection until approximately 2:30 a.m. for investigation and clean-up.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to the scene and transported the injured individual to a local hospital. No further details on the person's condition have been released.
