According to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS), the incident involved a semi-truck, a utility vehicle, and five personal vehicles. The crash occurred shortly after 10:30 a.m., leading to the complete closure of the eastbound lanes, including the Portage Road onramp.
