LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred early Monday on southbound CC215 near Sahara.
Troopers received reports of the accident shortly before 2 a.m. Preliminary information indicates a single motorcycle left the roadway, resulting in a fatality. One adult male was confirmed dead at the scene.
While there were no complete road closures, NHP temporarily shut down the No. 3 and No. 4 travel lanes on southbound CC215 at Sahara during the investigation.
Authorities expect to release further information following the preliminary investigation.
