MOTORCYCLE CRASH IN METRO VANCOUVER LEAVES RIDER INJURED
Metro Vancouver, BC – A motorcycle crash involving a car occurred Saturday afternoon, resulting in serious injuries to the motorcycle rider, according to authorities.
Delta Police Department officers responded to reports of the collision at approximately 2:41 p.m. Witnesses reported that the motorcycle was left precariously hanging off a traffic light.
The motorcycle rider sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The driver of the car was reported to be uninjured.
Authorities believe speed may have been a contributing factor in the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
No lane closures were reported following the crash, and tow services were on the scene to remove the vehicles involved.
