Deputies Pursue Motorcycle Suspect Following High-Speed Chase Near Holts Summit
HOLTS SUMMIT, MO — Deputies are searching for a suspect who fled after a high-speed motorcycle chase on Thursday evening.
According to the Callaway County Sheriff's Office, the pursuit began on State Road AA near County Road 4014. The motorcycle's driver crashed and subsequently fled into nearby woods.
At 11:10 p.m., officials confirmed ongoing search efforts involving K9 units, aerial drone support, and assistance from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Authorities do not believe the suspect poses a threat to the public; however, they urge residents to secure their vehicles and report any suspicious activity to 911.
No injuries or fatalities have been reported at this time. The investigation remains active as deputies continue to search for the suspect.
