Man Charged in November 2025 Miller County Four-Wheeler Crash Injuring Three.

A man faces charges for Driving While Intoxicated after a crash involving a four-wheeler in Miller County on November 6, 2025.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the incident occurred at 10:35 p.m. on Spring Garden Road, east of Short Road.

Scott F. Birdno was identified as the driver of a 2015 Polaris Razor that overturned after making a right turn.

There were four people in the vehicle; a 17-year-old sustained moderate injuries, another passenger had minor scrapes and bruises, while a third was uninjured.

Birdno was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

According to authorities, a blood test conducted at the hospital revealed Birdno’s blood alcohol content was .146% an hour after the incident.

Troopers also reported that Birdno provided a blood sample at the hospital.

Prosecutors have charged him with two felony counts of DWI – Physical Injury.
