Audrain County, MO – One woman suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Tuesday night.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), the incident occurred at 7:25 p.m. on Business 54, east of Spire Lane. A 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe was traveling eastbound when it veered off the right side of the road.
The vehicle struck a John Deere lawn tractor, a Missouri Department of Transportation sign, and a building. The 33-year-old woman driving was critically injured and transported to University Hospital for treatment.
MSHP reported that she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
