LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Three people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash along Preston Highway on Sunday afternoon.
Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) were dispatched to the scene at Old Preston Highway and Preston Highway just before 1:30 p.m. Authorities reported that three vehicles were involved in the collision.
Each vehicle had one occupant, all of whom were transported to UofL Hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening. One of the injured is confirmed to be an employee at the Jefferson County Attorney's Office.
LMPD's 7th Division is leading the investigation into the incident. Further details regarding lane closures and the status of the road were not immediately available.
