An 18-year-old man was injured in a single-vehicle crash in Osage County on Tuesday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the incident occurred at 1:25 p.m. on Route U, south of MJL Lane.
According to authorities, the driver was operating a 2025 Dodge 1500 when he drove off the right side of the roadway.
He overcorrected, causing the vehicle to veer off the left side and collide with a tree.
The driver suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital by ambulance.
MSHP confirmed the driver was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
