Florida Deputies Revive Unresponsive Woman Behind Wheel After Highway Crash.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — Deputies rescued an unconscious driver along I-4 on Wednesday, reviving her after she was found without a pulse.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, the incident began when a deputy stopped to check on a crash scene. While assessing the situation, the deputy was directed to a woman slumped over in her vehicle.

Authorities reported that the woman was not breathing and lacked a pulse. A second deputy soon arrived and the pair quickly began administering CPR.

During the rescue, one deputy deployed a defibrillator while both continued life-saving measures. They maintained CPR until Fire Rescue crews arrived to take over.

The woman was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital, where she is now reported to be in stable condition.
