COOS COUNTY, Ore. — A 60-year-old woman was arrested for DUII after crashing her vehicle on Airport Way, according to the Coos County Sheriff's Office.
At approximately 10:22 p.m. on Friday, February 13, a deputy on an unrelated traffic stop noticed the crash at the intersection of N. 8th Street and Airport Way.
Authorities reported that Laurie E. Lindsay was driving a 2016 Ford F-150 when it crashed, leaving the vehicle precariously resting on a concrete block. The deputy found Lindsay unharmed at the scene.
Subsequent investigation led to her arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Mast Brothers Towing was called to remove the vehicle.
Lindsay was taken to the North Bend Police Department for further testing and has since been released on citation, officials stated.
