A car became trapped under a tanker following a crash on Eastern Avenue in Chelsea on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred near Global Partners around 2:41 p.m. Authorities reported that Eastern Avenue is closed between Crescent Avenue and Bellingham Street.
