WEST BOISE, Idaho — A car crash at N. Cloverdale Rd. and W. Executive Dr. on Saturday afternoon resulted in one fatality.
According to the Boise Police Department, a driver heading north on Cloverdale Rd. ran a red light, colliding with another vehicle traveling west on Executive Dr. The northbound driver was transported to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, where they later died from injuries sustained in the incident.
The other driver involved was reported uninjured. The Ada County Coroner has identified the deceased individual as 83-year-old Shirley Lovett of Meridian.
Authorities remain on the scene for an investigation, and no further details are available at this time.
