According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, Woods attempted to pass a pickup truck towing a trailer, crossed double solid lines, and struck the trailer, causing his vehicle to flip onto its side. Witnesses reported multiple signs of impairment at the scene, including bloodshot eyes and lethargic movements.
