MSP: Multi-vehicle crash disrupts traffic on I-93 in Medford
MEDFORD, Mass. —
A multi-vehicle crash involving a boat and trailer caused significant traffic disruption on Interstate 93 in Medford on Friday night.
The incident occurred shortly after 9:30 p.m. near mile marker 21.4 in the southbound lanes.
The overturned boat and trailer blocked the two leftmost travel lanes, while another vehicle obstructed two right lanes, according to State Police.
Authorities reported that traffic was able to pass by on unaffected lanes as tow trucks worked to clear the scene.
No confirmed injuries or fatalities have been reported, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
