Vehicle crashes into two parked cars and house porch in Attleboro

ATTLEBORO, Mass. —

A vehicle collided with two parked cars before crashing into a front porch in Attleboro, Massachusetts, on Saturday morning.

The incident occurred shortly after 6 a.m. at 314 South Main St.

According to the Attleboro Fire Department, the vehicle left the roadway while traveling on South Main Street and struck two parked vehicles before stopping against the porch.

The driver was evaluated on-scene by paramedics but declined transportation to the hospital. Authorities have not confirmed if any charges will be filed.

Emergency crews discovered debris from a fence that was damaged during the crash, scattered in the vicinity.

The Attleboro Building Department assessed the property and reported no structural damage to the home.

“The home's natural gas service is just feet from the porch and the crash path,” District Chief Michael Maitland said. “Fortunately, neither the vehicle nor the debris impacted those lines. Damage could have significantly altered the incident's severity.”

All units cleared the scene by 6:35 a.m.
