EUBANK, Ky. (LEX NEWS) — Ronald Rose, 47, was sentenced to 25 years in prison for his role in a fatal two-vehicle collision in Pulaski County.

The sentencing took place in Pulaski Circuit Court, as announced by Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones. The crash occurred on November 2, 2022, at the intersection of North Highway 27 and Highway 70.

Aaron Singleton and Ashley Singleton, both residents of Science Hill, died in the collision while traveling in a 2014 Rogue.

Authorities reported that Rose, driving a 2005 Yukon, ran a red light while heading northbound on Highway 27 and collided with the Singleton vehicle. Witnesses confirmed seeing Rose disregard the signal just before the impact.

Investigation findings indicated that the Yukon was traveling at speeds over 100 miles per hour seconds before the crash. Blood samples from Rose tested positive for amphetamines, ketamine, and methamphetamine.
