A woman died in a crash on I-93 North in Hooksett at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
According to the New Hampshire State Police, the accident involved two vehicles: a sedan and an SUV. The impact caused significant damage, prompting the response of emergency crews.
Authorities reported that the woman, who was a passenger in the sedan, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the sedan sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The driver of the SUV reported no injuries.
The roadway was closed for several hours as an investigation was conducted and debris was cleared. Towing services removed the vehicles involved in the collision.
