One person died Tuesday in a multi-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 25 in Lone Tree at approximately 3:30 p.m.
The incident occurred just north of RidgeGate Parkway, according to city officials. Law enforcement closed the two leftmost lanes of southbound I-25 around 3:45 p.m. to facilitate cleanup and investigation efforts, causing significant delays leading into rush hour. The highway reopened at 6:12 p.m.
