NASHUA, N.H. —
A fiery car crash early Saturday claimed the life of a Massachusetts man on the F.E. Everett Turnpike.
According to New Hampshire State Police, 23-year-old Yan O. Denysenko of Lowell, Mass., died in the incident shortly after 4 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found a heavily damaged vehicle ablaze, with Denysenko trapped inside.
Emergency responders removed him from the vehicle; he was pronounced dead at the scene. No injuries were reported from a second vehicle involved in the crash. Authorities indicated that speed was a contributing factor to the accident.
An investigation is ongoing.
