An Upper Arlington woman was indicted June 5, 2026, after a wrong-way crash on State Route 315 killed an assistant prosecutor.
According to police, the woman carjacked a vehicle and drove the wrong way on SR 315 for several miles before colliding with another vehicle.
Authorities said the crash killed one assistant prosecutor and seriously injured another.
Prosecutors said a grand jury returned several felony counts; specific charges were not immediately released.
Officials have not released details on lane closures, tows or direction of travel. No further information was available.
