BIG SKY — A 47-year-old Colorado man died Sunday night in a rollover crash near Big Sky.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at 8:24 p.m. while the man was traveling west on MT 64. He drifted off the road to the right, crossed Lone Mountain Ranch Road, and then tipped and rolled multiple times.
The driver was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities confirmed he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Alcohol, drugs, and speed were not considered factors in the incident.
An investigation is ongoing, and no additional vehicles or injuries were reported.
