Eugene Mirman Hospitalized After Fiery Crash in New Hampshire
BEDFORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE – MARCH 31, 2026 – Actor Eugene Mirman, 51, was hospitalized following a serious car accident at 11:55 a.m. on the Everett Turnpike at the Bedford Toll Plaza.
According to the New Hampshire Division of State Police, a veteran trooper assigned to Governor Kelly Ayotte's security detail discovered Mirman's vehicle engulfed in flames. The trooper acted quickly to pull Mirman from the burning vehicle through a window, ensuring his safety.
Mirman was subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities confirmed that no charges have been filed as the incident remains under investigation.
State Police Colonel Mark B. Hall praised the trooper's actions, describing them as “heroic.”
