LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Two crashes on I-71 South disrupted Tuesday morning traffic.
LMPD reported the first incident occurred just before 9 a.m. near Watterson, involving a motorcycle and a car. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded, treating one person for injuries.
Minutes later, another crash was reported near the Gene Snyder. Medical crews were dispatched, but the extent of injuries remains unclear.
Authorities stated investigations into both accidents are ongoing. Both scenes have since been cleared, and traffic has returned to normal.
