Six Hospitalized in Interstate 495 Crash in Mansfield
MANSFIELD, MA — Six individuals were hospitalized with minor injuries following a crash on Interstate 495 on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred shortly after 2:41 p.m. on the southbound side of I-495, near Mile Marker 31. According to Massachusetts State Police, two vehicles were involved and subsequently towed from the scene.
The right and middle lanes of I-495 south were closed during the response but reopened by 9:15 p.m. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
