Providence, RI — A rollover crash on Interstate 95 early Saturday night resulted in one fatality and one critical injury.
Rhode Island State Police responded to the incident on I-95 North, just before the Branch Avenue overpass, at approximately 10:15 p.m. Authorities reported that two occupants were ejected from the vehicle as it rolled over.
The passenger, identified as 30-year-old Leneth Fisher, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The driver, whose identity has not yet been released, is currently being treated for critical injuries at Rhode Island Hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no further details regarding road conditions or other vehicles involved have been confirmed.
