QUINCY, MA— Five individuals were hospitalized following a collision between a car and a motorcycle on Saturday, according to authorities.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:15 p.m. at the intersection of East Squantum and Ocean streets. Two motorcyclists, a 27-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman, sustained serious, life-threatening injuries.
Three occupants of the car, including a 43-year-old woman from Quincy and two children, were reported with non-life-threatening injuries.
Emergency responders and police arrived on the scene promptly. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, with updates pending.
