COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance to identify a driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash on Westerville Road on October 19, 2025.
The incident occurred around 4:58 a.m. when a southbound vehicle struck two adult women crossing the road. One woman succumbed to her injuries shortly after being transported to the hospital.
Authorities are reviewing images of the vehicle, although they acknowledge the quality is poor. They hope community members may recognize the car or provide additional information to identify the driver, who fled the scene.
